Brian began his career in the early 2000s, crisscrossing the country in a van and trailer and learning the foundations of touring from the ground up. In a short amount of time, he advanced to working with some of the largest acts of the era, contributing to productions ranging from 50 to more than 200 personnel. His hands-on experience spans every corner of the touring world, lighting, audio, video, automation, stage management, and head rigging with shows involving 100+ points.

This wide-ranging expertise naturally led Brian into production management, where by 2025 he was supporting major artists such as Leon Bridges. Over the past decade, he has refined his focus on production management, stage management, and event safety, developing a reputation for meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational instincts, and the ability to prioritize the critical elements of any live event. His dedication and professionalism have earned him the trust and respect of touring artists, crews, and managers across the industry.

With 15 years of rigging experience and a decade spent touring across more than 40 countries, Joanna has established herself as a highly skilled and respected professional in the live events industry. She began her career in the small venues of the New England Tri-State area, building sets and doing sound for small clubs, before transitioning into arena-level rigging. In 2016, she embarked on her first tour and has since worked on productions spanning rock, pop, corporate events, and circus arts.

Joanna’s technical skill set includes advanced drafting, weight studies, overlays, and rigging advancing. She has been ETCP-certified for nine years, reflecting her commitment to expertise and industry standards. Known for her collaborative and problem-solving mindset, she enjoys contributing to the design process to ensure concepts can be safely and consistently executed in venues of all sizes. On the road, Joanna has earned a reputation for being both approachable and highly professional, upholding the highest levels of safety while fostering positive working relationships across every team she joins.
