The Cowboy and The Crooner Tour is a high-profile, co-headlining North American tour featuring Leon Bridges and Charlie Crockett. With vendors such as 4Wall and PRG making up the tour’s visual and technical backbone, the production required precise coordination, quick decision-making, and the ability to uphold a high standard of performance across a fast-moving schedule.

Midway through the tour’s rollout, Brian stepped in as the new Production Manager, taking responsibility for a production already in motion and operating at full scale. Brian inherited a production mid tour with systems, workflows, and personnel already locked into routines, along with dual artist requirements and their subsequent technical needs, and frequent last minute changes, ranging from day to day venue differences to the evolving needs of the artist. Many PMs struggle when the early foundational stages are already set without their input. Brian instead used this as an opportunity to stabilize, streamline, and elevate. He quickly familiarized himself with the tour’s existing production architecture, identifying inefficiencies and building a clearer operational flow.

Brian’s adaptability, technical understanding, and calm under fire made him an essential asset whose work strengthened the overall tour.
